About Return and Exchange

  • 1. The customer who isn’t satisfied with our products, please contact us by email or contact our online sales within 72H to make application of “return or exchange” since you sign for your goods. Overdue, this item is not available.
  • 2. There won’t be any restocking fee charged for exchange, but clients may have to bear the shipping fee. we do not refund the price difference if you exchanged lower priced products. For refund cases, the shipping fee and restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. But if it is our fault, you get full refund. After your exchange or return request has been confirmed, the return address will be given to you to send back the items.
  • 3. Please email us with pictures of the goods that you intend to return or exchange for our reference.
  • 4. In order to make sure that we are able to receive your returned package, please be sure to contact us before sending it back. We have every right to refuse to sign for the package if you send it back WITHOUT our permission! Otherwise, you will be responsible for all the losses arising there from.
  • 5. Any product that has been used does NOT qualify for a return. Returned items must be unused, with original tags and packaging.
  • 6. Ship returned products via insured or traceable method of shipment (Note: POSTNET is not acceptable) to the Returns Address that we will provide to you. Also make low invoice to avoid us paying taxes for you. And when you ship out the items, please send us the picture and email the tracking number to us also. Upon receipt of your returned item(s), we’ll further inspect the items and your refund will be processed.
  • 7. Exchange products would be shipped again in 3-5 working days.
  • 8. Refunds will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days.

About Cancelling
We can cancel the order for you free of charge if you contact us in time after your purchase.

  • For all in-stock orders, please contact us within 6 hours the minute you finish the payment.
  • For custom orders, please contact us within 24 hours the minute you finish the payment. Orders can’t be canceled once parcels are dispatched or the products are being customized well. 

About Repair Service
For lace wigs bought from our website, if any need, we can provide cleaning, maintenance and repair one time within three (3) months. The Repair Service Includes:

  1. Wig cleaning
  2. Repair tangles or shedding
  3. Replacing lace or elastic bands

(P.S: customer bear all the shipping cost)

Note: If requesting for repair or exchange or cancel your order, you shall firstly contact us by email or online help. We will not provide any exchange, return or repair service without our permission, and all loss shall be undertaken by customers.
